Please note: Due to increased customer traffic as a result of this change, there may be longer support waiting times.
Expansion of support services:
For the period from July 03 - July 12, 2024, the IT service will be available for you personally at the URZ, as well as at the UB and additionally at the service portal for students in the Central University Administration. The IT Service Team can also be reached as usual via email and video call.
Additional video call rooms are available for support from 09:00-16:00.

Due to cybersecurity, Moodle will only be available via the university network or a VPN connection from July 03, 2024.
