Service Announcement - 23 October 2024 SharePoint only accessible via VPN or via Uninetz from 06 November

From 6 November 2024, the SharePoint service will only be available via the university network or a VPN connection. The changeover will begin on 5 November 2024 in the late evening (approx. 9 p.m.) and will be completed by 6 November at the latest.

Following the migration to the current SharePoint SE version in September 2024, this is a further planned step to increase security.

Information on VPN can be found in the linked service catalogue. Since the end of 2023, multi-factor authentication (MFA) has also been required for the use of VPN.
