Central campus management system of the university
Heidelberg Campus Online (heiCO) is Heidelberg University's new campus management system. Through this web-based system, you can manage all administrative processes of your student life, the “student life cycle” from application and admission through your studies to graduation. The previous system (HIS modules - e.g., POS and LSF, Sign-up, etc.) will be or have already been phased out.

Students and employees:
Log in with your Uni ID (central user ID of the university) and the corresponding password.
Prospective students:
The heiCO portal is publicly accessible so applicants can register as basic users and receive a user account in heiCO.
Technical Information
heiCO is based on the CAMPUSonline system developed at the Graz University of Technology (TU Graz) and has been adapted to the needs of the Heidelberg University.
