Department Change Management
The Change Management department aims to register all changes in the IT services of the University Computing Centre, evaluate them and minimize all related negative impacts.
The URZ service team leaders, i.e. the representatives of each service group, form the Change Advisory Board (CAB), which meets every fortnight to evaluate and authorize upcoming changes. In addition, the CAB provides an opportunity for professional exchange between the service areas and service groups.
