The Computing Centre provides telephone and mobile phone coverage for the University. We manage the telephone network and connections, provide end-user devices and offer advice when problems arise. In addition, the URZ arranges mobile communications contracts and offers supplementary services such as voicemail.
The switchboard of Heidelberg University, located at the URZ, connects you quickly and reliably with the correct contact person and also provides assistance with general inquiries.
